Nyff The Inspection Selected As Closing Night Film World Of Reel
The New York Film Festival has selected Elegance Bratton‘s “The Inspection” as the closing night film of its upcoming 60th edition. Bratton’s film will have its world premiere at TIFF. However, many expected one of the bigger fall titles to take this slot, alas, it wasn’t meant to be. Bratton is primarily known for non-fiction, especially the documentary “Pier Kids”, and the Viceland series “My House.” This is his first narrative feature, and is based on Bratton’s own experiences as a gay man in Marine Corps basic training after a decade living on the streets....
